Titan company
Tata Group's Titan company reported a 61% year -on -year increase in its consolidated net profit for the December quarter,reaching 1684 crore . meanwhile ,revenue from operations rose 43% reaching 25416 crore comapred to 17740 crore a year ago.
BHEL
BHEL has received an order for a mojar industrial project in Odisha .The estimated value of this order is around 2800 crore .the order has been awarded by Bharat Coal Gasification & Chemicals Limited (BCGCL) a joint venture of Coal India Limited and BHEL.
Afcons infrastructure
Afcons infrastructure delivered a mixed performance in the December quarter . In Q3FY26 ,the company's net profit declined 34.8% year-on-year to 97 crore .revenue fell 7.3% to 2975 crore .However ,due to better cost control,the margin improved from 11..4 % to 13.8%.
EIH limeted
Oberoi Group's EIH Limeted also reported a mixed performance in Q3.The Company's net profit fell 8.1% year-on-year to 243 crore ,while revenue from operations increased 9.1%to 872.9% crore .EBITDA rose 5.6% to 376.6 crore ,but the operating margin declined from 44.6% to 43.1% which slightly pressured profitability.
Tata moters (Commercial Vehicles)
Tata Motor's commercial vehical business has informed that its Indonesia -based subsidiary has recieved its is largest order so far .This order is related to the supply of 70000 vehicles,and it is considered important for the company 's international commercial vehicle business.
Ather Energy
According to sourcrs,the NAtional \investment and infrastucture Fund (NIIF)may sell up to 1.92% stake in Ather Energy through a block deal .The size of this deal could be around 533.5 crore .The deal price is expected to be between 705.7 and727.55 per share ,which would be at a discount of up to 3% comapred to the current market price.
Indigo
Indigo has stated that it is now fully comaplying with th flight duty time limitation (FDTL)rules .According to the company,the new rules have been incorporated into its crew roster and flight planning systems.The temporary relief granted after flight discruptions in December ended on 10 February ,and now full compliance with FDTL rules has become mandatory for the airline.
Apollo Hospitals
In the December quarter ,Apollo Hospitals profit,income ,and margins all came in better than market expectations.The company's net profit increased 35% year-on-year to 502.3% crore,while revenue recorded a growth of 17.2% .Along with the results the board also announced an interim dividend of 10 per share .
Britannia Industries
Britannia's net profit in the third quarter rise 17 to 682 crore . Revenue increased 8% to 4970 crore,and EBITDA grew 16% .The margin improved from 18.4% to 19.7% .Overall,the company's results were largely in line with market expectations.
Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals
Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals delivered a strong perfomance in the December quarter .The company's net profit increased 9.7% year-on-year to 586.4 crore.Revenue rise 20% to 5898 crore .EBITDA increased 5.5% to 820.8 crore,although the EBITDA margin declined from 15.8% to 13.9%,indicating signs of cost pressure.
